and she's tired of feeling
like she's the odd one out
spinning in circles, she
falls to the ground,
cradling her knees to her chest
wondering if things are going to change
instead of being out and about
she's going to sit there and wait
wondering if things are going to change

she wishes she wasn't jealous,
because she knows she's that type
and she wants,
just for once, she wants
to hug her friends and be happy
but it seems like
they're too far away,
just out of reach.
